When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for a governed people to disemploy the elected officials who have lost the trust of the represented, and to resume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the dismissal.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator God Almighty with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life (both born and unborn), Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness, pursuit meaning active participation of the recipient of said Happiness.

In 1776, to secure these rights, our republican form of government was instituted among the original Thirteen Colonies, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Now this American Form of Government has become unresponsive and disrespectful of these ends, meaning that the American People have the Right and the Duty to recall or impeach all legislators, justices, and even the President who do not fulfill their solemn oaths to protect and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

To reinstitute the original intent of the Republican form of Government, which laid its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as was deemed by our Founding Fathers, who being Providentially inspired, determined the most likely avenue to effect their Safety and Happiness and those of future generations.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; however recent experience has shown that Americans are fatigued by suffering under the boot of an ever-growing and intrusive federal government.

These evils have been long suffered, and yet the federal government, all three branches, have been given ample time to right themselves. But there exists a long train of abuses and usurpations by politicians and judicial activists who constantly and lustfully pursue political power and personal ill-gotten gain.

Invariably the actions of the federal government evince a design to reduce the American citizen under a form of government that is at best socialism, and at worse absolute Despotism. As a consequence it is the right of the American people; nay it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Such has been the patient sufferance of WE THE PEOPLE; and such is now the necessity which constrains us to reinforce the original intent of our constitutional System of Government. The history of the present United States Congress, the federal judicial system, and the newly sworn-in President is a short yet scurrilous history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these United States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

Barack Obama has refused to comply with the spirit of Article II Section I of the US Constitution, by releasing his original birth certificate and college transcripts by and for the public good. This intransigence is antithetical to the promise of complete transparency on which Candidate Obama campaigned for the Office of the President.

Barack Obama has forbidden all efforts for such transparency and has instructed his Lawyers, at great financial cost surpassing the million dollar mark, to block all requests of numerous US citizens for indisputable proof of Mr. Obama’s natural born citizenship status.

He has assumed the office of the Presidency, swearing an oath to protect and defend the very US Constitution he has clearly violated and with said office has usurped power given by the people to an executive expected to meet all requirements as outlined in Article II Section I.

The United States Congress has failed to uphold Article II Section I of the Constitution by refusing to ensure the natural born status of the President-elect, ignoring all calls of its constituency to not certify Mr. Obama’s election to the Presidency until such status was proved beyond a reasonable doubt.

The United States Supreme Court, and other federal judicial agencies, has denied the right of the citizenry to have their day in court to argue the legitimacy of the 2008 Presidential election and to prove or disprove in a court of law Mr. Obama’s natural born citizenship.

Congress has, with the approval of Presidents Bush and Obama, burdened the nation and its future and very existence with unimaginable and unmanageable national debt that not even our grandchildren will be able to sustain, nor can any level of tyrannical taxation overcome.

President Obama has dissolved all federal statutes that prohibited tax dollars to be used in foreign abortion clinics.

For twenty-three years, all three branches of government have either worked in favor of illegal immigration or refused to take the necessary steps to protect the borders of the United States of America. This is not only a national security issue, but it has also caused an economic crisis through burgeoning welfare rolls and an overburdened medical system.

For thirty-six years beginning with the landmark ruling of Roe vs. Wade, United States Supreme Court rulings have been erroneously imputed with the nonexistent and unconstitutional designation of “law of the land.” While the concept of limited judicial review is another constitutional argument to be addressed at some later date, it was acknowledged by former Chief Justice John Marshall as unenforceable by the judiciary nor can it force the executive branch to act on its findings. Clearly judicial activism is in direct violation of the US Constitution and completely out of harmony with the intent of the Founding Fathers as is clearly stated in Federalist Paper #81.

While this list could continue with further grievances, it is nonetheless sufficient in its explanation of the need of WE THE PEOPLE to demand the immediate acknowledgement by the three federal branches of government to receiving this declaration and to each branch’s renewed and stated commitment to returning to the original intent of the US Constitution.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have petitioned for Redress through letters, emails, telephone calls, faxes, and in-person protestations in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury through avoidance and evasion. Any elected official, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Therefore, WE THE PEOPLE, a yet free people of the United States of America, in General Petition denoted through electronic signature, appealing to God Almighty, the Supreme Judge of the world, for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, that WE THE PEOPLE are, and of Right determined to recall, impeach, or remove by all constitutional means; all perpetuators of the above listed violations and others that violate the rights of the people.

Furthermore we declare from this day forward that no longer will the political establishment of Washington D.C ever again be allowed to forget that they the elected represent, work for, and answer to the electorate. If such a reminder is ever required it will be at the risk of the elected’s further employment.
