Today the US Supreme Court delivered a personal blow to my family and a fatal blow to our nation’s Constitution. In a 5-4 decision, five black-robed radicals did exactly what my precious late son feared. Here’s what I wrote Mark Levin a few minutes ago:

Today the US Supreme Court did what my son and thousands of our brave warriors feared; they declared our enemy Americans. Eddie told me not too long before he was killed that because of the GITMO issue and the last SCOTUS decision about it, that he and his comrades hoped the enemy didn’t surrender. They wanted a fight to the death because they knew if they took them captive and couldn’t turn them over to Iraqis then they might as well give them American passports.

Article six of our Constitution states:

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Today that oath was violated by Justices Steven Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony Kennedy, John Paul Stevens, and David Souter and what they did is an impeachable offense.

Article 3, Section 1 states:

The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behavior, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

What these five radicals did today was not only bad behavior; it was dangerous behavior. As Justice Scalia wrote in dissent about today’s decision:

“It will almost certainly cause more Americans to be killed.”

Articles of impeachment are brought by the House of Representatives:

“…shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.” Article 1, Section 2

The impeachment trial is held in the Senate:

“The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.” Article 1, Section 3

I am asking everyone to call their US Representative and two Senators and tell them you expect these five justices to be impeached for endangering our country. Below is the US Capitol switchboard number and you will have to make three separate phone calls and please remember to be polite but forceful:

(202) 224-3121

I’m going to further work on organizing a national petition to bring articles of impeachment and please do all you can to let the elected officials in Washington D.C. how upset we are.
